Together with your colleagues, we delve into digital transformation and what it means for your organization. This way, we build a foundation on which you can further roll out a digital strategy. DEN is convinced that a digital strategy is the foundation for digital transformation, and we want every cultural organization to start working on this.

What can you expect?
After the workshop:
- You will have inspiration and a broader understanding of what digital transformation entails for your cultural organization;
- You will know how digital transformation contributes to your core values and audience and how it drives innovation;
- You will have jointly formulated a digital ambition;
- You will have established concrete digital goals;
- You will have formulated (digital) activities to get started with.
Additionally, you will receive a (visual) summary that serves as a basis for drafting your digital strategy.
What do we ask of you?
- Time: a half-day for the workshop and 45 minutes of preparation;
- Attention: a team of colleagues with diverse expertise (4-7 people), including a representative of management;
- Space: a room or meeting space at your location.
