Digital Leadership in 4 days:
Day 1: Your strategy for digital innovation
With the help of the Digital Transformation Scan (opens in new tab) you learn to determine where you stand in the digital transformation. Look at where you want to go with your organization, how digital growth contributes to it, how to create an innovation climate, and who your digital visitor is.
Day 2: Seizing opportunities in the digital society
You discover the impact of digitization on the value proposition of your organization's business model, and we show you the importance of an organizational network. We also discuss which digital developments are coming and how you can seize them as opportunities.
Day 3: Leadership in digital transformation
The third day focuses on your style of digital leadership and how to create support among employees. You learn about making énd measuring impact. Here, you develop into a digital leader.
Day 4: Digital transformation in practice
During the last afternoon, we will work on a step-by-step plan to implement your digital strategy in practice.
