Directions to DEN

DEN is located on the fifth floor of the Royal Library. The Royal Library is situated right next to The Hague Central Station.

By train

Walk to the main hall of The Hague Central Station and take the exit to the right next to Albert Heijn. Cross the Anna van Buerenplein diagonally to the right (under the tram tracks). Turn left at the National Archives. Follow this pedestrian path to the revolving door.

By car

• DEN parking lot
  Notify us 24 hours in advance if you are coming, as we have limited availability for reserving a parking spot at the Royal Library (KB). The KB parking lot is located at Prins Willem-Alexanderweg 7-5, 2595 DB The Hague (opens in new tab). From Prins Clausplein, follow the A12 towards The Hague and continue (this is the Utrechtse Baan). Take exit 2 (P-Centrum). At the first traffic lights, turn left. Then immediately turn right onto the service road, crossing the bike path (Prins Willem-Alexanderweg). After 50 m, report to the barriers of KB/National Archives. The left barrier is for freight traffic, the right barrier is for passenger cars.

• Q-Park New Babylon 
  Another option is parking in the Q-Park New Babylon parking garage, address Pr. Irenestraat 1, 2595 BD The Hague. From Prins Clausplein, follow the A12 towards The Hague and continue (this is the Utrechtse Baan). Take exit 2 (P-Centrum). At the first traffic lights, turn left. Then immediately turn right onto the service road, crossing the bike path (Prins Willem-Alexanderweg).

By bike

From Theresiastraat: ride all the way down Theresiastraat, cross the Utrechtse Baan, and head straight to the main entrance. Bikes can be parked in the racks at the main entrance of the KB.
