What will you do?
During your internship, you will dive into the world of digital culture and communication and have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life. You will contribute to our online visibility and communication – from social media to newsletters – and help make our content even stronger. Additionally, you can assist in strengthening our LinkedIn strategy, optimizing and creating engaging web content, and developing campaigns that truly make an impact.
Among other things, you will:
- Contribute ideas and work on email communication (newsletters, email flows, campaigns).
- Gather topics, write texts, and create visuals for our social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Help update and optimize the website – from news articles to inspiring case studies.
- Contribute to content planning and improved online visibility.
- Support the marketing team with campaigns, events, and creative projects.
- Think about how DEN can better connect online with the audience of the future, which you are part of.
In short: an internship where you can fully develop your digital, creative, and communication skills.
What do you bring?
- You are enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn how marketing works in practice.
- You are proactive and not afraid to come up with new ideas.
- You enjoy working in a small, dedicated team.
- You have an affinity for social media and enjoy working with content and data.
- You are pursuing an HBO or university degree in Marketing, Communication, or Media.
- You write fluent and error-free Dutch (minimum level B2).
You have an interest in digital marketing and maybe even a passion for the cultural sector.
Experience with CMS or email software is a plus but not a must.

- An internship allowance of € 320 per month (based on 32 hours per week).
- 18 vacation days per year (for 32 hours per week).
