What will you learn in the Change Management masterclass?
The basics of change management: what is needed to bring about change as a leader.
The leadership role in change: you will learn how to successfully guide change as a leader and what actions you can take to achieve this.
Practical application: you will learn how past changes have unfolded and look ahead to the change you want to achieve with your organization's digital strategy or vision. You will gain practical insights and methods to analyze and successfully guide change processes.
Culture change starts with people. You will learn how to involve colleagues and teams in change, taking into account beliefs, pace, and organizational culture.
You will receive immediately applicable tools and methods to analyze, guide, and evaluate change processes. You will learn to work according to the Prosci method, a framework for guiding change in an organization, which we have tailored for the cultural sector.
Through the workshop, I realized that it is sometimes necessary to customize approaches to ensure everyone is well-involved in major changes.
Afterwards, you will have the motivation and confidence to guide change yourself.
What can you expect?
You will meet with various senior managers and directors in the masterclass. During the masterclass, there is room for interaction with like-minded individuals to learn from each other. Additionally, you will focus on the digital transformation of your own organization and the role you have as a leader in this.
We start the afternoon with a delicious vegetarian lunch to get to know each other and network. After lunch, we dive into the masterclass, which lasts until 5:00 PM.
