The workshop made me realize that it is sometimes necessary to customize approaches to ensure everyone is well-involved in major changes.

What can you expect?
You will meet with various senior managers and directors during the masterclass. The session allows for interaction with like-minded individuals to learn from each other. Additionally, you will focus on your organization's digital transformation and your role as a leader in this process.
We start the afternoon with a delicious vegetarian lunch to get to know each other and network. After lunch, we dive into the masterclass, which runs until 5:00 PM.
