How does the reimbursement work?
First, choose the DEN Academy package that suits your organization.
Plan the process together with DEN and receive a quote.
Using this quote, apply for the financial contribution at PPO Digital Transformation before the start of the process.
After approval and completion, pay the full invoice to DEN.
Then you can claim 60% of the package costs.

AI in the cultural sector
Effectively implement AI, develop a vision for AI, and embed it in your digital strategy. Discover what AI can mean for your work and learn about the opportunities and risks of AI so your organization can make an informed decision about its use. This ensures AI becomes part of your digital strategy. You will follow the 2-day workshop 'Deepening AI for the cultural sector' and participate with your colleagues in an In-company workshop Digital Strategy.

Digital change
In this package, learn to view digital innovations and projects through a change-management lens. One senior manager or director from your organization will have the opportunity to participate in a masterclass on leadership in digital changes, and a colleague working on or starting digital projects will learn in the workshop how to apply change management theory to their own digital project. You will receive practical tools to get started with a clear plan. Additionally, you and your colleagues will follow an In-company workshop Digital Strategy.

Digital leadership
Are you a senior manager or director looking to contribute to digital innovations within your cultural organization? This DEN Leadership Program provides you with the strategic knowledge needed to effectively guide digital changes within your cultural organization. Learn in four sessions how you as a leader can steer digital innovations and then take concrete steps in your organization’s digital strategy. Additionally, you and your colleagues will follow an In-company workshop Digital Strategy.

What you get:
- Digital Leadership Program for 1 senior manager or director: strengthen your role as a leader and guide innovation with insights directly applicable to practice.
- Digital Strategy in-company Workshop: 4-7 people – work on a digital strategy for your organization.

These are the conditions
- Your organization has at least 3 employees;
- Multiple people from the organization participate in the workshops;
- The scheme runs until December 31, 2028 (unless the available budget is depleted earlier)
- Your organization has an SBI code that falls under Arts and Heritage, Media & Entertainment, or Creative Business Services;

How to apply
1. Email DEN Academy with your application at den-academie@den.nl
2. In consultation with DEN Academy, the training will be scheduled and a quote will be prepared.
3. Upload the DEN Academy quote on the PPO Digital Transformation (opens in new tab) website for reimbursement approval.
4. Pay the invoice to DEN after the training.
5. Submit the invoice to PPO Digital Transformation for reimbursement.
