How does the reimbursement work?
First, you choose the DEN Academy package that suits your organization. Together with DEN, you schedule the program and receive a quote. Using this quote, you apply for the financial contribution at PPO Digital Transformation before the start of the program. After approval and completion, you pay the full invoice to DEN. Subsequently, you can claim 60% of the package costs. This makes investing in digital development much more accessible for your organization.

In this package, you learn to view digital innovations and projects through a change management lens. One senior manager or director from your organization gets the opportunity to participate in a masterclass on leadership during digital changes, and a colleague working on or starting digital projects learns in the workshop how to apply change management theory to their own digital project. You'll receive practical tools to get started with a clear plan. Additionally, you will follow an In-company workshop Digital Strategy with your colleagues.

Are you a senior manager or director looking to contribute to digital innovations within your cultural organization? This DEN Leadership Program provides you with the strategic knowledge needed to effectively manage digital changes within your cultural organization. Learn in four sessions how you, as a leader, can guide digital innovations and take concrete steps in your organization's digital strategy. Additionally, you will follow an In-company workshop Digital Strategy with your colleagues.
Price: From €3,000 for only €1,200 (excl. VAT)
What you get:
- Digital Leadership Program for 1 senior manager or director: strengthen your role as a leader and guide innovation with insights that are directly applicable in practice.
- Digital Strategy in-company Workshop 4-7 people: work on a digital strategy for your organization.

These are the conditions
- Your organization has at least 3 employees;
- Multiple people from the organization participate in the workshops;
- The arrangement runs until December 31, 2028 (unless the available budget is exhausted earlier)
- Your organization has an SBI code that falls under Arts and heritage, Media & entertainment, or Creative business services;

How to apply
1. Email DEN Academy with your application at den-academie@den.nl
2. In consultation with DEN Academy, the training will be scheduled, and a quote will be prepared.
3. Upload the DEN Academy quote on the PPO Digital Transformation (opens in new tab) website for reimbursement approval.
4. Pay the invoice to DEN after the training.
5. Submit the invoice to PPO Digital Transformation for reimbursement.
