A digital strategy is not a static document to be shelved; it is the engine of a future-proof cultural organization. During this bootcamp, we build on the initial foundation you created during your previous training; you will finalize your digital strategy and put it into practice. You are not alone: you will go through your journey alongside other organizations while working purposefully—and at your own entry level—on your goals.
A tailor-made digital workout
You decide where the focus lies. We follow a shared schedule, but if your organization needs extra attention for IT infrastructure or internal cultural change, we will tailor the exercises accordingly.
The following outcomes are central to the program:
- Ambition & planning: Defining a sharp digital ambition and developing a 4-year plan and a 1-year plan with concrete quarterly goals.
- Embedding & support: How do you communicate the strategy internally, and how do you set up an effective working group for implementation?
- Project-based start: Taking the first steps in launching a digital project.
- Toolbox: Practical tools for IT system inventory, project management, and change management.
What will this bootcamp deliver?
- 4 Online sessions: Structured meetings with a new focus each time to keep your process moving forward.
- Guidance from experts: Your 'personal trainers' are DEN advisor Laura (Digital Strategy) and process facilitator Lars. They provide the tools, resources, and that necessary push.
- Peer-to-peer learning: While working on your organization's digital strategy, you will learn from the challenges and successes of other cultural organizations.
- A practical working document: Your digital strategy will be an actionable document that you can start using immediately.
- Access to the knowledge network: Unlimited access to DEN's new community platform, where you can continue to ask questions and share experiences with other cultural professionals even after the bootcamp.
What we ask of you
The bootcamp is an action-oriented program. We expect you to actively participate in the online sessions, be open to exchanging ideas with peers, and independently invest time in developing your strategy.

Note: To ensure quality and personal attention, there is room for a maximum of 6 organizations. We recommend participation by 2 people per organization, one of whom should hold a managerial position. Good to know: The cost of this bootcamp is per organization
