Werktuig PPO helps organizations with financing
To start or accelerate digital transformation within your organization, training employees is important. Because digital transformation is largely about people. There are various ways to train and guide your employees on aspects of digital transformation.
Platform ACCT supports training activities with Werktuig PPO and helps you with reimbursement of training costs. You can easily apply, and upon approval of your application, you can declare up to 60% of the costs after completing the program.

60% reimbursement on DEN Academy packages
Cultural and creative organizations can apply for reimbursement through PPO Digital Transformation for the development of knowledge and skills related to digital transformation.
For a number of bundled DEN Academy packages, 60% of eligible costs can be reimbursed.
40% reimbursement on individual DEN Academy training
Would you prefer to follow an individual DEN Academy training or apply for another eligible development program related to digital transformation? Then a reimbursement of 40% of the eligible costs applies.
Who is this reimbursement intended for?
The scheme is intended for organizations with at least 3 employees on the payroll and an SBI code within the cultural and creative sector.

Werktuig PPO for professionals and freelancers
Do you work as a professional or freelancer in the cultural and creative sector and want to follow a DEN Academy training? Then you may be eligible for Werktuig PPO.
Through this scheme, up to 1/3 of the total costs are reimbursed, up to a maximum of €2,250 including VAT. You pay the remaining 2/3 yourself or, for example, it is contributed by your employer or client.
Who is this reimbursement intended for?
You submit the application yourself as an individual professional.

1. How to apply for PPO Digital Transformation
1. Choose a DEN Academy training or package that fits the digital development of your organization.
2. Request a quote from the DEN Academy by emailing den-academie@den.nl. Together, we schedule the program and you will receive a quote.
3. Submit an application to PPO Digital Transformation and add the DEN quote to your application.
4. Wait for the evaluation of your application. After submission, you will receive confirmation with an application number.
5. Follow the training and pay the invoice to DEN. The costs are initially paid by your organization.
6. Claim your reimbursement after completing the program. To do this, send the invoice and proof of payment to PPO Digital Transformation. With a correct claim, the contribution will be paid within 4 weeks.
2. How to apply for Werktuig PPO as a professional or freelancer
1. Choose the DEN Academy training you want to follow.
2. Submit your own application to Werktuig PPO. In your application, specify which training you want to follow and how it contributes to your professional development.
3. Wait for the evaluation of your application. Werktuig PPO aims to respond within 5 working days with an approval, rejection, or additional questions.
4. Follow the training and pay the costs yourself. The payment must be made from a bank account in your name or in the name of your registered company.
5. Claim your reimbursement after completing the training. The approval email from Werktuig PPO will explain how to do this. With a correct claim, the contribution will be paid within a month.

Different conditions apply to both schemes. Therefore, carefully check which scheme suits you before applying.
PPO Digital Transformation for organizations
To be eligible for this reimbursement:
• your organization must be a legal entity with an SBI code that falls within the cultural and creative sector;
• your organization must have at least 3 employees on the payroll;
• the training or program must focus on knowledge and skills development related to digital transformation;
• your organization can be reimbursed for 40% of eligible costs, up to a maximum of €30,000 for the duration of the program;
• a 60% reimbursement applies to a selected number of bundled DEN Academy packages.

Werktuig PPO for professionals and freelancers
To be eligible for this reimbursement:
• you work as a professional or freelancer in the cultural and creative sector;
• you submit the application yourself as an individual professional;
• the training must contribute to your professional development;
• Werktuig PPO contributes up to 1/3 of the costs, up to a maximum of €2,250 per 12 months;
• you finance the remaining costs yourself, possibly with a contribution from your employer or client.
You pay for the training yourself first. After completing the training, you can claim the promised contribution from Werktuig PPO.
