Werktuig PPO helps organizations with financing
To start or accelerate digital transformation within your organization, training employees is essential. Because digital transformation is largely about people. There are various ways to train and guide your employees on aspects of digital transformation.
Platform ACCT supports training activities with Werktuig PPO and helps you with reimbursement of training costs. You can easily submit an application, and upon approval, you can declare 40 to 60% of the costs after completing the program. Individual DEN Academy trainings receive a reimbursement of 40%, and DEN Academy packages receive a reimbursement of 60%.

You can use the application for reimbursement of 60% on the curated training packages: AI in the cultural sector, Digital Change, or Digital Leadership. So whether you want to learn more about AI, drive change within your organization, or follow our learning program for digital leadership - there's always an approach that aligns with your goals. These training packages receive a reimbursement of 60%.

Werktuig PPO for individual DEN Academy trainings.
But you can, of course, also follow an individual training or an in-company training at the DEN Academy and have it reimbursed through Werktuig PPO. These trainings receive a reimbursement of 40%.

1. Zo vraag je een DEN Academie pakket aan
- Mail DEN Academie met je aanvraag op den-academie@den.nl
- In samenspraak met de DEN Academie wordt de training ingepland en een offerte opgesteld.
- Upload de DEN Academie offerte op de website van PPO Digitale Transformatie voor de goedkeuring van de vergoeding.
- Betaal na de training de factuur aan DEN.
- Dien de factuur in bij PPO Digitale Transformatie voor de vergoeding.
How to apply for an individual training
- Choose the DEN Academy training you want to follow.
- Pay for the DEN Academy training.
- Upload the DEN Academy invoice on the Werktuig PPO website and apply for reimbursement.
These are the conditions
- Your organization has at least 3 employees;
- The scheme runs until December 31, 2028 (unless the available budget is exhausted earlier)
- Your organization has an SBI number that falls under Arts and Heritage, Media & Entertainment, or Creative Business Services;
