About me
In my work as an organizational consultant, I see time and again that digital change processes only truly take hold when process design and governance are combined with attention to the people who need to carry the change. That combination of system and people is what I focus on as a consultant.
With a management background and a change-oriented approach, I quickly get to the heart of an issue and translate it into interventions that fit the organization. I also bring that experience to the DEN Academy, where I help cultural organizations remain agile in a digital world without losing control of risks.
