The basics of change management: what is needed to bring about change.
Practical application: you will learn how change management theory works and how to implement it within a project. You will gain practical insights and methods to analyze, plan, and execute change processes successfully.

Guiding individual change: how do you involve your colleagues in the change process?
Change tools and instruments: concrete tools to successfully steer change.
Using your own project case, you will apply the knowledge directly in practice.
After the workshop, you will have the motivation and confidence to guide change yourself and work on your (digital) project.
What can you expect?
You will join other cultural professionals in the workshop. During this interactive workshop, you will work on your own digital project. You will define this project during the workshop, whether it is a current or future project. You will learn how to effectively implement the change of your project within your organization.
A few weeks after the workshop, we will meet for an online session lasting 2 hours. In this interactive session, we will discuss initial experiences with change theory, provide space for questions, and offer new insights to further shape your change story.

When is the workshop, and what does it cost?
The workshop is on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Nutshuis in The Hague. On December 10, 2026, there will be an online follow-up session via Teams from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. During this session, you will discuss your initial experiences and gain new insights.
