Incompany 'Impact Thinking and Measuring'

You want to make an impact, but where do you start? And how do you turn impact thinking into action? In this one-day workshop, we introduce the key concepts of impact thinking. 

The program

• You will learn how impact measurement works in both a physical and digital context.
• We discuss skills and competencies, methods, indicators, data collection plans, and much more.
  
• You bring an example of something you are working on (e.g., an ongoing project or a new idea). Then you use the tools from this training to create a plan on how to better understand and measure your impact, the change, or added value you create for your audience.
• We also delve into the steps from the Self-study module: Measuring Impact (opens in new tab).

After the workshop

• You will know what impact you want and can make;
• You will know who the audience is for whom you want to bring about positive change;
• You will have a plan for the outcomes you want to create;
• You will have an understanding of the indicators you use to measure your impact.

What is impact?

Impact is about the change you bring about in society and goes beyond your operations. Consider it the big long-term goal that gives meaning and purpose to your work, as the driving force. Like the mission of an organization for a more tolerant and inclusive society.
