Why this program?
Many organizations want to do something with AI – from ChatGPT to better data, dashboards, or AI chatbots – but struggle with strategy, support, and responsible implementation. Digital Resilience offers exactly that guidance: practical steps, expertise, ethics, and an approach that has proven to work in the (inter)national cultural sector.
Learning together, direct impact
You will not follow this program alone. You participate as a duo: together with a colleague who is closely involved in your organization's digital challenge. This joint journey ensures that you not only learn but also create direct impact and acceleration. Last year, Museum Arnhem, Schouwburg and concert hall Tilburg, and Poppodium De Effenaar participated in Digital Resilience.
In 6 months, you will go through 6 workshops along with personal coaching. Additionally, you gain access to an AI e-learning platform. You will learn to experiment, set up pilots, refine your AI strategy, and involve your organization in the change.
April 2, The Hague, full day | The Kickoff
We kick off by refining your AI project in the context of digital transformation. We map out obstacles and lay the foundation with your fellow participants.
Why & organizational culture | April 16, location t.b.a., full day
You dive into the 'why' question and your organization's culture. Through peer review, we refine each other's approaches and anchor ownership and trust on the work floor.
Data & value | May 21, online, 2 hours
We focus on data as an essential foundation for AI. You will discover how data analysis accelerates processes and get practical tools to add immediate value.
Digital resilience | June 25, online, 2 hours
You will work on digital resilience and effective change management. Together with a guest speaker, you will explore what 'digital courage' means and formulate your own AI change manifesto.
Experimenting & doing | September 3, online, 2 hours
We create space for small, safe pilots within your organization. You will learn to leverage the rhythm of your own work environment and test your approach with a concrete if this, then that model.
Results & impact | October 1, location t.b.a., full day
We conclude by taking stock and reaping the benefits. You will present your (interim) results, share key lessons, and celebrate the steps you have taken.

Your result
In addition to a well-thought-out AI project, you will gain a new mindset and concrete tools: A clear strategy for (AI) innovation within your organization. The skills to inspire colleagues and involve them in changes. An approach that enables sustainable digital growth.
Investment
The actual value of this program is €3,000 per project. Thanks to subsidies, we offer this program at a reduced rate of just €950 per organization (for the project duo).
