What can you expect?
An interactive afternoon focused on connection and inspiration. We bring cultural organizations and creators of immersive work together. How do you ensure that you learn to speak each other's language and achieve innovative audience reach together?
Through inspiring presentations and practical examples, you'll hear how peer institutions and creators are already experimenting with digital tools to break free from their physical location. Think of a digital or immersive offering via the website, hybrid presentations, or projects that directly engage the community. After the presentations, we'll discuss in small groups the challenges and opportunities this brings to your practice.
What will you explore during this meet-up?
Breaking free from the physical location: how do you bring your offering or collection outside, into the community, or via your website to a broader (possibly international) audience?
The power of immersive technology: how do you use XR, VR, or other digital formats to create experiences that go beyond walls and fixed frameworks?
The bridge between culture and creators: how do cultural organizations and creators of immersive work find each other, and how do you strengthen each other's expertise?
“Don't see technology as a goal, but as a means. This is how you bring your offering outside: online, in the neighborhood, or in an immersive experience. And suddenly, you reach people you wouldn't normally see.”
