You don’t need to be a programmer to participate. In fact, you don’t even need to have a fully developed plan. You’re not just coming to learn; you’re coming to create.
During these two days, you’ll work closely with experts from Innovation:Lab and DEN. They know the technology inside out, and you know the daily practice of the cultural sector. That combination is precisely why this works: we ensure the technology works, and you ensure the solution fits your work and your colleagues. Together, we turn your challenge into a tangible concept. And you’ll experience how easy it can be to work with AI.
What will you create?
Whether you’re dealing with mountains of administration or looking for new ways to reach your audience, we’ll tackle it together. Think of concrete concepts such as:
A chatbot that truly understands your organization: one trained on your own manuals or policy documents, so employees get direct answers to their questions.
Efficient content workflows: a tool that summarizes meeting minutes and distributes action points, or automatically converts press releases into social media posts in your own tone of voice.
Accessibility and reach: a knowledge quiz that adapts to the target audience, or a system that instantly visualizes visitor feedback in a clear dashboard.
A survey tool that collects visitor feedback and immediately visualizes it in a simple dashboard.
What will it bring you?
You’re here to create. On day one, we’ll refine your challenge. On day two, we’ll start building. By the end of these days, you’ll have:
A developed concept you can move forward with.
A tangible result: depending on your idea, you’ll have a first draft, a ‘vibe-code’ concept, or a concrete work plan ready.
A clear view of the next steps for your organization.
And: these days are particularly great for networking. You’ll learn from experts and other cultural organizations, explore new collaborations, and exchange experiences.
Moreover, there is a special prize for the most promising submission: that concept will be further developed into a fully functional prototype by the experts at Innovation:Lab. The winner thus gains the technical expertise to fully bridge the gap from 'concept' to ‘ready for testing within the organization’.
Practical
Dates: 4 November (09:30 – 17:00) & 5 November (09:30 – 19:00, including dinner).
Location: Innovation:Lab, Gietijzerstraat 10, Utrecht.
Investment: € 250 per organization.
Participation: Because we work result-oriented, we ask you to participate with a colleague. This way, you anchor the knowledge within the organization.
