Day 1: Success Factors for Innovation

Using the DEN Focus Model, you will examine where your team currently stands, how to create an innovation climate, and which competencies are involved.

Day 2: Workshop Design Thinking

Terry from Art-up will guide you through the Design Thinking Method. In 5 phases, you will learn to come up with creative solutions to a problem. You will apply these skills to a real case. A great innovation training!

Day 3: Collaborating on Innovation

Together with the other participants, you will work on finding solutions to your team’s innovation challenges.
