What will you learn in the Change Management Workshop?

- Application in practice: Learn how change management theory works and how to apply it in your organization. Gain practical insights and methods to analyze, plan, and successfully execute change processes.
- Guiding individual change: How do you involve your colleagues in the change process?
- Change tools and instruments: Concrete tools to successfully steer change.
- Apply the knowledge directly to practice using your own project case.
Afterwards, you will have the motivation and confidence to guide change yourself and get started with your (digital) project.
What can you expect?
On Thursday, March 27, we will gather at the Royal Library in The Hague. During this interactive workshop, you will work on your own submitted project and learn how to effectively implement change in your organization.
Note: This is a pilot workshop. Participation in the Change Management Workshop is therefore free of charge. Afterwards, we would love to hear your feedback to further improve the workshop for other cultural organizations.
