Taking stock after three years

Three years ago, in 2023, DEN conducted this research for the first time. Back then, it turned out that three out of ten cultural organizations had experienced some form of digital disruption or incident during the preceding period.

Since then, the digital landscape has changed again. Organizations innovate, test new applications, and adjust their work processes. This makes it time to take stock again. Where are the strengths in the sector now, and in which areas is additional support needed?
