Do you want to design and implement the HR policy of a socially engaged organization in the cultural sector from A to Z? At DEN, as an HR business partner, you are given the space éand the trust to strategically position the HR domain, close to the management and at the heart of the organization. You make HR themes tangible in daily practice. An independent role for an experienced HR professional with a sense of dynamics.

What will you do?

As an HR business partner, you are responsible for the entire HR domain. You advise the director and the MT éand, together with the office assistant, ensure implementation. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers and play an active role in organizational development. Among other things, you will deal with:

  • Further developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic HR policy, annual plan, and budget essential for DEN's growth.
  • Guiding managers in absenteeism, performance, development, and sustainable employability.
  • Setting up and optimizing HR processes around inflow, throughflow, outflow, absenteeism, and salary changes.
  • Managing and further developing the training policy.
  • Identifying trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within the organization.
  • Initiating and leading HR projects in the areas of culture, vitality, organization, MTO/PMO, training programs, and employer branding.

As an HR business partner, you make the difference here. Due to DEN's growth, we are now looking for a permanent filling of this role. You combine strategic insight with a practical approach and know how to create support at all levels within the organization.  Furthermore, you bring:

  • Several years of experience as an HR business partner.
  • You have knowledge of all facets of the HR field and enjoy sparring with your external HR network.
  • At least HBO working and thinking level.
  • Proactive, independent attitude with an eye for improvements.
  • Affinity with rapid digital societal developments and the cultural sector.
  • A structured, precise, and honest way of working.

What do we offer you?

  • Salary between €5,000 and €6,000 (based on 40 hours CAO-OI), depending on experience.
  • Balance between work and private life: we offer 338 leave hours for a full-time position.
  • In addition to the holiday allowance of 8%, a year-end bonus of 8.33%, and an excellent pension scheme.
  • At least 3.5% of the wage bill is reserved for training and job-related development.
  • A warm, open work culture in an engaged, growing team of about 25 colleagues.

And of course: the now legendary (veggie) summer barbecue and end-of-year pub quiz. We also occasionally take each other to our favorite exhibitions, concerts, etc.

How does the procedure go?

  • First round of interviews at the beginning of March.
  • Follow-up interviews in mid-March.
  • An assessment and reference check may be part of the selection procedure.
  • We aim to complete the procedure by the end of March.
