DEN believes in the power of collaboration, both within and outside the cultural sector. Groundbreaking collaborations refer to projects that establish an unexpected partnership with a creator, organization, or sector, thereby bringing in a new perspective. The goal is to digitally innovate the organization, offer new experiences for the audience, and engage new audiences.
Digital innovation in culture
Think, for example, of collaborations with the gaming sector, digital artists, AI developers, or other tech specialists. At DEN, we believe that new collaborations contribute to the innovative strength of the cultural sector. The path to innovation begins with daring to experiment. The result is important, but the journey is just as interesting. We are therefore very curious about all the courageous digital experiments in the sector!
DEN Award 2025: nominate a digital cultural project
Have you set up such a project yourself or seen one at another organization? Then nominate it before April 15 for the DEN Award 2025! Our jury, consisting of Abdelhadi Baaddi (Innovationlab), Angelique Spaninks (MU Hybrid Art House), and Maaike Verberk (director of DEN), will select the three most groundbreaking entries. After the public vote during the DEN Conference, we will reveal the winner. And the winner gets a DEN Incompany training of their choice!
