How can digital offerings create added value for your visitors? Who exactly is your digital audience? And how do digital tools provide an opportunity to bring your cultural offerings to the attention of a wide audience? In this Lunch & Learn session, we will spend an hour to discuss digital audiences.

We reflect on inspiring practical examples from cultural organisations and creators who successfully reach a diverse audience online. Additionally, we discuss how to use online channels to make art, culture, and heritage widely accessible.

Join us to engage with your peers and hear from advisors at DEN, the knowledge institute for culture & digital transformation.

Guest speakers

Mircla Nava (Monumentenfonds Aruba) and Monique Anrochte will talk about the project Lang Leve(n) het Erfgoed:

Through photography and social media, project ‘Lang Leve(n) het Erfgoed’ helps volunteers and participants learn more about the (intangible) cultural heritage of Aruba. We organise Instameets, connect via communal experiences and organise a monthly competition on Instagram. This creates a tight knit community of people with a passion for heritage, culture, art and photography. The activities result in extraordinary photos and stories, that we collate into a magazine and a travelling exhibition. 'Lang Leve(n) het Erfgoed' is an interactive and accessible way for people of all ages to get to know and explore Aruba's heritage and monuments.
