At the evening of November 29th NWO is organising a Pre-event with scientific sessions as an excellent opportunity to gain insights into scientific questions and answers. These sessions are a great way to get more inspirations before your Midterm event starts the next day. This pre-event is open for members of CATCH community only.

EVENT (open voor publiek)

The Midterm event opens with the keynote speaker Dr. Willard McCarty from King's College London. The programme continues with project presentations including a demonstrator and poster session by CATCH researchers. During these presentations you will be updated on the work in progress of the individual project and the interim results of the ongoing research. The working language is English.

The project presentations will be held on the Midterm event on November, 30th. The researchers working on CATCH projects are invited to submit abstracts for these oral project presentations.

The poster sessions are effective means of conveying information. During the poster session the visual aspects and the verbal explanations by the presenters will get the message across quickly. Therefore the CATCH researchers are invited to present posters on their research in progress. A4-copies of the posters will be published in the Midterm publication. The deadline for submission of abstracts and digital versions of posters is November 5, 2007. Abstracts and posters should be sent by e-mail

No fee is charged for the above mentioned events. Nevertheless you are requested toregister yourself to More details will be provided in future announcements.
